De structuur van de DRA stelt deelnemende NGO's in staat om tijdig en effectief te reageren op grote internationale crises.<\/p>\n<p>Het belangrijkste doel van de stage is 1) het ondersteunen van de voorzitter bij zijn dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden en taken, evenals de andere leden van de Raad van Bestuur (RvB) in samenwerking met de ondersteuningsfunctionaris van de DRA; 2) het verzorgen van de co\u00f6rdinatie en communicatie over de strategische prioriteiten van de DRA; en 3) het ondersteunen van de werkgroepen en taakgroepen van de DRA.<\/p>\n<p>De RvB is het co\u00f6rdinerende orgaan van de DRA en de belangrijkste taken waarbij de stagiair wordt gevraagd te ondersteunen zijn:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Support with and coordinate internal meetings and events, like the annual DRA learning days, working groups or thematic meetings;<\/p>\n<p>- DRA-organen ondersteunen bij externe evenementen;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate and provide content for the DRA website and other channels;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support implementation of DRA processes and priorities;<\/p>\n<p>- RvB ondersteunen bij het opstellen van (beleids)documenten;<\/p>\n<p>- Onderzoek doen naar specifieke onderwerpen;<\/p>\n<p>- Praktische en inhoudelijke ondersteuning bieden aan de verschillende DRA-werkgroepen;<\/p>\n<p>- Afhankelijk van kennis en interesse, ondersteuning van DRA op andere gebieden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essenti\u00eble vaardigheden\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Masters\u2019 Degree studieniveau;<\/p>\n<p>- Goede persoonlijke communicatievaardigheden in het Engels;<\/p>\n<p>- Goede Engelse schrijf- en presentatievaardigheden;<\/p>\n<p>- Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd uit te voeren;<\/p>\n<p>- Je bent gepassioneerd door humanitaire hulp;<\/p>\n<p>- Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel en Word);<\/p>\n<p>- Je bent zeer gemotiveerd, resultaatgericht en een teamspeler;<\/p>\n<p>- Je bent een zelfstarter die zelfstandig kan werken en graag initiatief neemt;<\/p>\n<p>- Je bent bereid om te leren en je kennis met anderen te delen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gewenste vaardigheden\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Eerdere werk- of stage-ervaring is een pluspunt;<\/p>\n<p>- Kennis van het humanitaire systeem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria om in aanmerking te komen\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om in aanmerking te komen voor een stage moeten studenten voldoen aan de volgende criteria (niet onderhandelbaar):<\/p>\n<p>- Ingeschreven staan bij een universiteit of onderwijsinstelling in de Europese Unie voor de volledige duur van de stage;<\/p>\n<p>- Minimaal vier dagen per week beschikbaar zijn;<\/p>\n<p>- Een verblijfsvergunning in Nederland hebben of kunnen aanvragen (geldig voor<\/p>\n<p>werkdoeleinden en voor de volledige duur van de stage);<\/p>\n<p>- Een BSN (burgerservicenummer\/burgerservicenummer) hebben of kunnen aanvragen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe aanvragen\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als je ge\u00efnteresseerd bent in een sollicitatie en voldoet aan de toelatingscriteria, stuur je sollicitatie dan uiterlijk 29 juni 2022 naar office@dutchrelief.org.
