The Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA) is a collaboration between 15 Dutch aid organisations in partnership with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The DRA was established to improve cooperation and coordination between NGOs. This collaboration enables them to deliver greater impact and respond to major international crises in a timely and effective manner. 

Instead of competing for funding or working in isolation, the partners come together and use their different mandates and set-ups to design joint responses with shared goals and objectives.
