The Dutch Relief Alliance was formed by a group of Dutch humanitarian organisations that work in partnership with the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We’ve been collaborating with over 100 local organisations around the world since 2015 .
The Dutch Relief Alliance works on the ground to deliver equitable humanitarian relief: life-saving assistance based on solid humanitarian response plans and best practices. Over the years, we have provided humanitarian aid to more than 4 million people in 22 crises.
The 14 members of the alliance work together in closely coordinated joint responses. This allows them to react in a timely and efficient manner to complex crises around the world. The alliance furthermore allows the NGOs to share knowledge, skills and expertise.
OUR COLLABORATIVE IMPACT
The Dutch Relief Alliance is a coalition of 14 Dutch aid and humanitarian organisations in partnership with the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We are currently implementing joint responses in, among other countries, South Sudan, Sudan, Ethiopia and Yemen. The alliance is able to respond to acute crises within 72 hours.
