The DRA operates at a global level through an alliance of Dutch humanitarian organisations and in partnership with the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2015. We work together with more than 100 local organisations.
The DRA works on the ground to deliver principled humanitarian relief – life-saving assistance, in line with humanitarian response plans and best practices. Over the past years the DRA has delivered humanitarian aid to more than 4 million people in 22 crises.
The DRA is an alliance of 14 Dutch NGOs which collaborate closely to respond in a timely, effective and efficient manner to the most serious and complex crises through Joint Responses. The Alliance enables NGOs to exchange knowledge, skills, expertise and learning.
