WHERE WE WORK

We are currently implementing joint responses in, among other countries, South Sudan, Sudan, Ethiopia and Yemen. The alliance is able to respond to acute crises within 72 hours.

South Sudan Acute Crisis Joint Response 2026

The South Sudan Acute Crisis Joint Response aims to reduce acute food insecurity, malnutrition, disease outbreaks and protection risks among crisis-affected communities through a coordinated multi-sectoral emergency response.

Complement ongoing biomedical interventions by strengthening community-based prevention, improving health and WASH services, reducing protection risks and supporting affected populations in the most affected health zones of Ituri Province.

Myanmar Acute Crisis Joint Response 2026

The Dutch Relief Alliance has launched a six-month humanitarian response in Myanmar to support more than 52,000 people affected by conflict and displacement. Led by Tearfund and implemented together with Save the Children, Stichting Vluchteling and World Vision, the programme provides cash assistance, healthcare, water and sanitation support, and protection services to vulnerable communities.

In Northwest Syria (NWS): Joint multi-sectorial response in Idleb and Aleppo – comprehensive package of education, protection, psychosocial support, health, nutrition, shelter and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services, and in Northeast Syria (NES): Education, Protection, and Livelihoods support in Raqqa, Deir Ez Zor and Hassakeh governorates.
